Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the Australia Post website using the tracking number provided.

Return Policy
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A copy of the order confirmation email must be included with the return.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Email us at info@corealign.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorisation: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorisation and instructions on where to send your item.
Ship Your Return: Send the item back to us using the shipping method of your choice. Please ensure the package is properly secured.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
